How to use the sauna honey?
There are two main ways you can use the sauna honey: after a short time in the sauna, when the pores have opened and the body has started to sweat, lightly scrub the body with the honey or alternatively after leaving the sauna. Place the honey near the heater so that it gets warm. Rinse your body with warm water and then start scrubbing your skin with the sauna honey. The honey will absorb after 5-10 minutes, finish the sauna by rinsing the residue off your body with water only (do not use any kind of soap). The cure with the honey will make your skin soft, elastic and supply it with vitamins and other beneficial substances.
The benefits of the second method below are the amazing ability of honey to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. Place the honey near the sauna heater to warm it up. Once you've been in the sauna for a while and your pores have opened up and your body has started to sweat, start scrubbing in the honey. When the sauna is finished, scrub yourself with a slightly coarser towel and then finish by applying a thin layer of the honey with massaging movements. If you want a deeper cleansing effect, use a sauna honey that has a mix of honey and salt, this also contributes to an exfoliating effect. Apply the scrub to the skin using circular massage movements. Once the honey has been absorbed, simply rinse off the body with warm water. You can apply a moisturizing cream to the skin after the sauna. After a treatment like this, you won't need to exfoliate your skin for a long time!
