How efficient are the electric units?

Electric heaters are slightly less sensitive to thermostat adjustments compared to gas or Infra Red (FIR) heaters, due to the time it takes for the elements to heat up and cool down. This is unlikely to be a problem in your sauna, as this space is not as sensitive (compared to an oven, for example) to a precise temperature.
