The SOLSTUGA Lounge sauna is designed for those who want more than just a sauna. The integrated lounge area serves as a relaxation room where you can cool off between sauna sessions, unwind, or enjoy peaceful moments with family and friends.

The stylish architecture follows the Nordic design tradition with clean lines and natural materials. The large glass surfaces let in plenty of daylight and create a bright and harmonious atmosphere in both the lounge and the sauna.

Two zones for maximum comfort.
The well-thought-out floor plan divides the building into two parts—a relaxing lounge area and the sauna itself. The lounge zone serves perfectly as a changing room or resting area where you can cool off between sauna sessions and enjoy the soothing environment.

Natural materials for the Nordic climate.
The sauna is built from solid Nordic spruce with 42 mm-thick walls, providing a sturdy structure and good insulation. Inside, the sauna benches are made of high-quality alder, providing a comfortable and natural sauna experience. The materials are selected to withstand Nordic weather conditions and ensure a long service life.

Create your own home spa.
Regular sauna use improves blood circulation, reduces stress, and promotes better sleep. With the SOLSTUGA Lounge Sauna, you can create a complete Nordic home spa in your own backyard—a place where warmth, tranquility, and nature come together.

The sauna is delivered as a kit with pre-cut components and clear assembly instructions. The sturdy construction and well-designed roof system make the sauna well-suited for year-round use.
